Customer Service Experts - Spanish Bilingual

Job Overview AllianceOne, a subsidiary of Teleperformance, is looking for a Customer Service Expert to join our Port St. Lucie team. In this role, you will receive inbound calls from patients, solve account issues, negotiate solutions, and help patients find the best payment options and assist with transactions. Responsibilities Receive inbound calls from patients. Resolve account issues and negotiate payment solutions. Provide accurate information following client and company guidelines. Maintain a professional phone presence and strong communication skills. Qualifications Prior customer service or call center experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred). Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence. Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask while speaking and typing. Openness to work with a diverse customer base and ability to work well in team settings. Work Schedule Training: 1 week, Monday through Friday, 9am–5:30pm. Shifts range from 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week. Shift preferences accepted based on availability and business needs. Location Port St. Lucie, FL 34952 (onsite). Pay and Benefits Pay: $17/hour. Bilingual Pay: $17.50/hour. Benefits include Health Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision), HSA/FSA plans, Generous Paid Time Off, EAP, 401(k) after 90 days, and more.
