Now Hiring: Recruiter
Location: Central San Diego, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Fully Onsite) Pay: $30.00–$40.00/hour (based on experience) Length: Contract through the end of the year with potential for extension or conversion Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts. This role will play a key part in building talent pipelines, identifying top candidates, and helping the organization scale during an exciting period of expansion.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for open requisitions (manager level)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Utilize recruiting platforms, LinkedIn, ATS systems, and sourcing tools to identify qualified talent
- Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments
- Maintain candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity
- Collaborate with external staffing partners when needed
- Recommend process improvements and innovative recruiting strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Hospitality, retail, restaurant, or high-growth recruiting experience is preferred
- Experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools preferred
- Experience with AI recruiting tools, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technology is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
