Now Hiring: Recruiter Location: Central San Diego, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Fully Onsite) Pay: $30.00–$40.00/hour (based on experience) Length: Contract through the end of the year with potential for extension or conversion Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts. This role will play a key part in building talent pipelines, identifying top candidates, and helping the organization scale during an exciting period of expansion. Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit candidates for open requisitions (manager level) Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Utilize recruiting platforms, LinkedIn, ATS systems, and sourcing tools to identify qualified talent Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments Maintain candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity Collaborate with external staffing partners when needed Recommend process improvements and innovative recruiting strategies Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Hospitality, retail, restaurant, or high-growth recruiting experience is preferred Experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools preferred Experience with AI recruiting tools, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technology is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Ideal Candidate Strategic and proactive recruiter Comfortable working in an evolving environment Enjoys building processes and improving recruiting operations Can connect recruiting efforts to business goals and growth initiatives Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
