Corporate RecruiterA leading national organization is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume and professional hiring initiatives across multiple business functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with hiring leaders, and has a proven track record of delivering top talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance.Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and candidate databases.Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.Identify, screen, interview, and evaluate qualified candidates for a variety of professional-level positions.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, establish recruiting strategies, and provide market insights.Present qualified candidates and facilitate interview coordination throughout the hiring process.Negotiate compensation packages and assist with offer management activities.Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and service-level expectations.Ensure compliance with employment laws, equal employment opportunity guidelines, and internal hiring policies.Support workforce planning initiatives and contribute to talent acquisition process improvements.Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Qualifications5–7 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.Proven experience sourcing and recruiting professional-level talent across multiple business functions.Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.Experience managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment.Knowledge of compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and recruiting best practices.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.Ideal BackgroundCorporate recruiting experience within large, complex organizations.Experience supporting professional, operational, customer-facing, technical, or leadership hiring.Strong sourcing and pipeline-building capabilities with a proactive recruiting approach.If you're a relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys partnering with leaders, influencing hiring decisions, and delivering high-quality talent solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
