About the Team We are expanding our Women’s Health Department to meet the growing needs of our community. The Midwife will assist in building a high-quality practice within Women’s Health, built on a foundation of excellence, compassion, and patient-centered care. Our team of skilled professionals provides top-tier obstetrical and gynecological care in a supportive, collaborative environment. This person will help set the standard for excellence in midwifery care, oversee staffing, implement policies and protocols, and ensure top-tier care for midwifery patients. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality obstetrical care, effectively managing pregnancy and postpartum needs. Provide exceptional gynecological care, accurately diagnosing and treating patients with acute gynecological concerns. Ensure accurate documentation within the electronic medical records system in compliance with Aizer Health policies. Work collaboratively and cohesively with the OBGYN physicians to ensure integrated, patient-centered care. Support and provide high-quality care for laboring patients at Good Samaritan Hospital according to the on-call schedule. Minimum Qualifications Licensed and registered as a Nurse Midwife in the State of New York. Proven experience managing low-risk pregnancies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality care. Pay & Benefits Compensation starting at $125,000, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Up to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off, applicable to office hours only.
