Job Title: Payroll Specialist (US and Canadian payroll processing) Duration: 08 months contract (Potential to Extend) Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM About Payroll Specialist supporting Client Corporate Payroll team in a fast‑paced, customer‑service‑driven environment. Responsible for processing US and Canadian payroll while maintaining accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and operational excellence. Interacts with employees, management, and cross‑functional teams across the organization. No Gatefeed Training Required. Must Have Intermediate understanding of accounting/mathematical procedures. Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to make quick/calculated decisions. Skill US and Canadian payroll processing knowledge. Payroll reconciliation. Problem‑solving and error remediation. Compliance and confidential data management. Process documentation / SOP creation. Employee support and payroll guidance. Cross‑functional collaboration. Strategic thinking. Ability to identify discrepancies. IBM (CICS & IMS) systems knowledge. MDM systems knowledge.
