Position Automotive Repair Technician B – Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring every customer leaves confident and safe. Location 3439 Pendleton Circle, Middletown, OH 45005 What We Offer Signing Bonus: Eligible external hires receive a $1,500 signing bonus paid $750 after 30 days and $750 after 180 days. Competitive Pay: $23.46 – $36.45/hour flat rate, adjusted based on experience, location, and other factors as permitted by law. Billable Hours Guarantee: Minimum 20 hours per week. Productivity Bonus: Earn $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks based on performance. Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week (Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays often required). Sundays off, plus one additional day off as needed. Training & Certification Support: Company pays for ASE certifications and recertifications. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and repair work, including Suspension & Steering, Brake Systems (ABS/traction control), Electrical Systems, and Heating & Air Conditioning. Maintain technical knowledge and expand skills to increase flexibility in assignments. Keep work areas organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards. Properly maintain tools and equipment per manufacturer and company safety guidelines. Plan and organize work for maximum efficiency, including vehicle movement. Complete all repairs and maintenance to manufacturer specifications or industry best practices. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with proven diagnostic and repair skills. ASE or Dealership certifications preferred in Suspension & Steering, Brakes, and Heating & Air Conditioning (or ability to obtain within 12 months; paid by AAA). Strong communication skills for mentoring and collaborating with the team. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods. Valid driver’s license. Authorized to work in the USA.
