Responsibilities Develop and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product discoverability and conversion rates. Cross‑functionally collaborate with marketing, media, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure product discoverability and consistency in messaging and branding. Create and maintain accurate planning and forecasting models to support inventory management and avoid stockouts or overstock situations. Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer reviews, and inventory levels to recommend assortment adjustments and promotional strategies. Provide regular, insightful reporting to internal teams and retail partners highlighting merchandising effectiveness, sales forecasts, and growth opportunities. Monitor key performance indicators such as sales velocity, inventory turnover, and advertising ROI to adjust merchandising and planning strategies. Manage product assortment and digital catalog structures across digital retail accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with channel strategies. Optimize retail sell‑thru to improve brand market share and increase profit margins. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Previous sales experience preferably in department stores and/or independent specialty stores. Problem‑solving mindset with analytical skills. SAP experience preferred.
