Armed Security Officer Luxury Retail Assignment

Phalanx Protection & Investigations is seeking professional Armed Security Officers for an ongoing luxury retail assignment in Palm Beach, Florida.

This is a low-profile visual deterrent position in an upscale retail environment. Officers must maintain a polished appearance, strong situational awareness, and a calm professional demeanor at all times.

Schedule

Every Friday & Saturday

10:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Additional recurring event shifts typically available on Wednesdays

Requirements

Valid Florida Class D & G Security Licenses

Concealed carry experience preferred

Black suit required

Clean-cut, professional appearance

Well-mannered and dependable

Strong observational and de-escalation skills

Reliable transportation

Must be punctual and able to work independently

Duties

Maintain a professional armed presence

Monitor the property and surrounding activity

Serve as a visual deterrent

Respond appropriately to disturbances or security concerns

Coordinate with management when necessary

Maintain discretion in a luxury retail setting

Hospitality or concierge security

Military or law enforcement background
