Primary Purpo se: The Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of program management from design to the launch of new programs and engineering changes of existing programs. They are responsible for all deliverables, working with cross functional teams to ensure customer's launch schedule and ensure milestones are fulfilled on time. All these tasks need to be completed while meeting quality, tooling budgets and product cost targets. The Program Manager will hold meetings both internally and with the customer to effectively communicate all phases of the Program and drive all issues to closure prior to the start of producti

on.
