Each project relies on a customized plan that can include: hands on training (remote or on-site), consulting, data migration planning and action, customized workflows and processes (internal and client), client relationship management and overall project management. The Specialist is responsible for the outcome of the project and takes responsibility for its success.Individuals in this role will work as a part of a team of peers to handle incoming project requests, and will report to the Manager, Implementation. Specialists will also work heavily with all other internal teams at Epiq depending on project requirements, or may take on project responsibilities directly depending on resources. This position requires knowledge of proprietary Epiq services, processes, and technology that will be gained during the first months of employment.
