Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in New Hampshire
• Previous experience working as a school-based OT preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to various student needs and educational settings
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to students as outlined in their IEPs or 504 plans
• Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Develop and implement individualized interventions to promote student independence
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers
• Document therapy sessions and maintain thorough records
• Travel between assigned schools and efficiently manage a flexible caseload
• Assist with staff training and support classroom strategies as needed
