Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively assess student abilities and create therapy plans
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Understanding of compliance processes, documentation, and IEP involvement

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Evaluate students to determine therapy needs and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Participate in meetings to develop and update individualized education plans
• Provide consultative support to staff to ensure generalization of skills in the classroom
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all services provided
