XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for an Administrator Helper / Recruiter!

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Available for overtime during Peak)

Location: Richardson, TX 75080

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support and assist with daily office operations.
• Support recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Make and manage 200+ phone calls as needed to contact candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and employees in both English and Spanish.
• Use computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office to maintain records and update information.
• Multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate schedules, follow up with candidates, and assist with staffing needs.
• Travel out of state as needed to support recruiting and business operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, organization, and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• High school Diploma
• Drivers License
• Available to travel out of state.
• Familiar with Microsoft computer programs
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Good computer and data entry skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Reliable, flexible, and dependable.
• Willingness to travel out of state as needed.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Valid driver's license, if required.
