This role partners cross-functionally to drive revenue growth, improve customer experience, and scale marketplace operations.What you will be doing:Own the end-to-end Amazon storefront across pricing, listings, advertising, orders, and inventoryPartner with Marketplace Business owners to align priorities and execution against growth targetsTranslate pricing and advertising strategies into storefront executionOwn catalog and listing health including optimization and complianceOversee order management and fulfillment performanceDrive inventory planning and availabilityBuild leadership reporting and performance dashboardsDefine KPIs and operating rhythms to drive actionsIdentify automation and AI opportunitiesPartner with engineering to build scalable toolsWhat You Bring to the Table:Strong commercial and revenue mindsetExecutive communication skillsData-driven and analyticalProduct and technical acumenCross-functional collaborationBias for action in fast-paced environmentsWhat’s needed: Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience7+ years of relevant product management experienceSuccess driving product management efforts for eMarketplaces (i.e. Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Target)Experience with key marketplace functionality: pricing, catalog, advertising, orders, inventoryExperience with reporting and executive presentationsPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree (MBA preferred)Amazon Seller/Vendor Central experienceMarketplace business ownership experienceFamiliarity with Amazon tools and APIsAutomation/AI workflow experienceSystem integration experienceKPI and performance reporting expertiseWe Offer:Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource GroupsFlexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), wellness programs, and more!The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
