Commercial Insurance Sales Executive

Job Overview Direct access to multiple carriers, flexible daily work schedule, and a hybrid position requiring one day per week in our Voorhees, NJ office. A dedicated support staff allows you to focus on sales, not service. Job Category: Insurance. Compensation The base compensation ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, adjusted based on experience and location. The position is eligible for uncapped commission, with forecasted earning potential of $100,000–$180,000 in the first year. Top performers may qualify for exclusive annual sales trips and other incentives. Responsibilities Develop, present, and sell customized insurance programs that meet the needs of commercial clients. Partner with assigned Account Management team and provide service to new and existing clients. Develop and manage an active pipeline of qualified prospects, generating leads from personal contacts, cold calling, networking, client referrals, and colleagues. Qualifications Entrepreneurial spirit. 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance with above‑average results. Active Property & Casualty license.
