Senior Systems Engineer, Flight Ops Integrator

Salary: $164,900 - 223,100 per year Requirements:

• We require a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• We require 14+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent mix of technical education and experience.
• We require experience using 3D solid modeling software applications such as NX, Catia, or CADD.
• We require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required for the clearance process.
• We require an interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance after start.
• We require the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
• We require U.S. export control eligibility, meaning a U.S. Person as defined by applicable regulations.
• We require a Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
• We do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

• We lead interdisciplinary efforts to plan, design, develop, and verify complex lifecycle-balanced systems and system-of-systems solutions.
• We evaluate customer and operational needs, define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters, and ensure compatibility across physical, functional, and program interfaces.
• We perform analyses to optimize system architecture and incorporate factors such as affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, security, regulatory needs, certification, and product assurance.
• We develop, maintain, and improve requirements management processes, tools, risk management, issue tracking, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment activities.
• We support equipment and escape/crew station system integration concepts and coordinate product definition across integrated product teams, engineering functions, production operations, qualification and flight testing, suppliers, and external customers throughout the product lifecycle.
• We may travel domestically and/or internationally up to 10% of the time as business needs require.
