Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit team of two physicians and 2 APP's at Fayette Medical Center, supported by a clinical performance nurse. Our group consists of two-day and two-night physicians who care about and focus on quality and patient-centered care.
- In this hospital and community, you have a supportive group of people who genuinely love working with each other, which shows. With this underserved community, you can make a real difference in improving health care and the systems for patient care.
- Our hospital partners have a fantastic level of collaboration that encourages you to participate substantially in committees. It is an environment of inclusion that helps make decisions for the well-being of patients and is part of hospital policy.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physicians
- All Life Certifications must by AHA
Scheduling:
- We offer various flexible schedules to accommodate a healthy work/life balance
- Key Responsibilities:
- Work in a critical access hospital with a united group of providers.
- No procedures are required
- Working closely with our system and consultants, we regularly enjoy the challenge of complex cases.
- We convene monthly for team meetings where we have close ties and communication with hospital administration.
