Service Advisor

Responsibilities Meet and greet customers with courtesy and efficiency. Provide an outstanding guest experience and obtain customer authorization for needed service. Write up service needs and give accurate estimates for dollar amount and completion time. Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and sell necessary maintenance or repairs. Provide knowledge of warranty, service, and insurance policies. Keep customers informed and advise them of the prognosis of their vehicle. Call customers to set appointments and answer phones in a timely manner. Attend and complete required training and department meetings. Qualifications High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Current valid driver’s license. Good reading, writing, and math skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to outstanding customer service. Ability to work retail hours. Computer proficiency. Compensation We offer competitive wages commensurate with job-related skills, experience, education, and location. This is a commission‑eligible role with average monthly earnings of $3,000–$10,000, depending on personal performance.
