OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Somerville, MA by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.02 CPM when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Step into a rewarding solo OTR role hauling hazardous materials across the U.S. with HMD Trucking. You’ll operate late-model tractors outfitted with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers, supported by our in-house maintenance team.
What you’ll do:
- Transport HAZMAT loads safely and on schedule
- Adhere to federal, state, and local hazardous materials regulations
- Keep precise logs and inspection records
- Collaborate with dispatch to optimize routes
Enjoy competitive mileage pay (65 CPM + 2 CPM HAZMAT), quarterly safety and referral bonuses, and consistent miles (avg 2,500/week). With home time every two weeks and full benefits—health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)—you’ll join a driver-focused fleet that values safety and growth.
