Work Environment

The Physical Therapist role is entirely onsite, allowing for face-to-face interaction with patients and collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals. Based in our dynamic rehabilitation facility, you will provide services in an environment designed for innovative therapies and patient comfort. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, where you will manage a full caseload while maintaining quality patient interaction to maximize therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to establish patient goals and treatment protocols based on individual needs.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring personalized and attentive care.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and evidence-based practices to deliver optimal treatment.
• Develop individualized care plans that incorporate diverse treatment methods tailored to each patient's specific requirements.
• Motivate and support patients through their recovery journey, helping them minimize reliance on medications and exploring non-surgical interventions.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, sharing insights and strategies that enhance the patient care continuum.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as WebPT.

We primarily cater to individuals with private medical insurance, which allows us to provide high-quality care while focusing on functional recovery and patient empowerment. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required, with preference given to candidates possessing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Possession of a valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee, without any recorded board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and the development of individualized exercise programs.
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems, particularly WebPT, which is crucial for maintaining patient records efficiently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with patients and healthcare colleagues.

Preferred Experience

While we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, candidates with a background in orthopedic outpatient care will be prioritized. Experience with specialized patient populations, such as athletes or those recovering from major surgeries, will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
