We are looking for a dependable and professional Guest Service Coordinator / Housekeeper who can provide excellent guest service while also assisting with housekeeping and general cleaning duties.

This position requires flexibility to work at three different locations in Phoenix and Mesa . Candidates must have their own reliable transportation and be comfortable driving between locations as scheduled.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and basic needs.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish supplies.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect surfaces, and remove trash.
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming areas for guests.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, safety concerns, or guest concerns to management.
• Assist with basic front desk and administrative duties.
• Use a computer for basic tasks, documentation, communication, and data entry.
• Communicate effectively with guests, workers, and management.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, cleaning, and property procedures.
• Travel between the three assigned locations in Phoenix and Mesa as needed.

Requirements

• Reliable personal transportation is required.
• Must be able and willing to drive to three different locations in Phoenix and Mesa.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Housekeeping or general cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable interacting directly with guests.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, professional, and organized.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is friendly, responsible, flexible, and comfortable performing a combination of guest service, basic computer/administrative tasks, housekeeping, and general cleaning . The candidate must be willing and able to travel between assigned Phoenix and Mesa locations.
