Job Description The DC 3rd Class Engineer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of all equipment at CMI’s customer site in Washington, DC. Shift - Monday- Friday 2:00pm-10:00 Key Job Functions Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnoses and repairs to facilities equipment, fixtures, and property including but not limited to: HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems controls, building automation systems, carpentry, painting, masonry, appliance repairs, minor grounds work and effectively perform minor and /or skilled maintenance tasks at customer facilities, property, fixtures, electrical and mechanical systems, and equipment Troubleshoot/diagnose and correct infrastructure problems with facilities, equipment, and property Safely and effectively perform minor and /or skilled maintenance tasks on customer facilities, property, fixtures, electrical and mechanical systems, and equipment Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3rd Class DC License is required Knowledge of systems which include but not limited to performing diagnostics and repairs on electrical equipment, plumbing repairs, toilets, sinks, domestic water system, etc Demonstrated working knowledge of engineering and building systems Additional Information
