Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA credential with relevant licensure
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations (K-12 preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Prior school-based or pediatric therapy experience is highly preferred
• Compassionate, adaptable, and open to supporting diverse learning needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conducting assessments, documenting progress, and participating in eligibility and IEP meetings
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement strategies that foster language and communication growth
• Creating engaging, individualized activities and materials tailored to each child’s goals
• Supporting a positive and inclusive school environment where every student can thrive
