Responsibilities The RN Clinical Director provides overall direction and clinical management for home care services, compliant with all regulatory state and/or federal requirements. In addition, the Clinical Director also supports the agency business plan. Additional responsibilities Takes/Reviews/Converts home care referrals and works with office staff to ensure that cases are appropriately authorized for services. Conducts/Supervises client care including assessment, recertification, care plan development, coordination of services, discharge planning and periodic evaluation of client care. Takes, documents, and supports the resolution of complaints. Oversees Home Health Aide requirements for in-service and competency. Partners with the Branch Director in the Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. Conducts recertification, supervisory and other home visits. Supports office staff with recruitment, new hire processing, and scheduling issues. Works with office staff to facilitate a recruitment program for staff for growth and adequate coverage of existing cases. Supports and exemplifies AWESome company initiatives.
