You will be a key member of our field operations team, supporting fluid hauling, winch operations, rig moves, equipment mobilization, and branch operations to help keep customer projects running safely and efficiently.

EnerStar Solutions is seeking a dependable, safety-focused CDL Class A Heavy Haul Driver to transport fluids, heavy equipment, and field assets while supporting winch operations. What You'll Do

Fluid Hauling Operations

You will:

• Transport water, grey water, black water, and other fluids to customer locations
• Transfer assets and equipment between EnerStar branches
• Safely load, unload, and transport fluid handling equipment
• Complete required documentation and delivery tickets

Winch & Heavy Haul Operations

You will:

• Transport and deliver heavy equipment and aggregate products
• Support rig moves and equipment relocations
• Operate winch trucks and other specialized equipment
• Ensure proper load securement and weight distribution

Safety & Compliance

You will:

• Follow all DOT regulations and EnerStar safety requirements
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logbooks and records
• Utilize appropriate PPE and safety procedures

Customer Service

You will:

• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
• Represent EnerStar in a positive manner
• Deliver exceptional service at every location

Additional Operational Support Responsibilities

When transportation demands are reduced, you will support branch operations to help ensure equipment, facilities, and customer assets remain operational and ready for deployment. This may include:

• Assisting with rig moves, equipment installations, and field service activities
• Performing routine maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs on trucks, trailers, tanks, and rental equipment
• Supporting equipment preparation, loading, unloading, and mobilization activities
• Assisting with yard organization, inventory management, and branch housekeeping
• Conducting preventative maintenance checks and reporting equipment deficiencies
• Supporting other operational activities as assigned to meet customer and business needs

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 years of heavy haul, oilfield hauling, or commercial trucking experience
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations
• Experience with load securement and cargo safety
• Ability to work independently in remote environments
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
• Ability to pass a background check

• Previous winch truck experience
• Previous fluid hauling experience
• Oilfield service experience

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

You must be able to:

• Lift up to 75 pounds
• Climb, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Work day, night, weekend, and on-call schedules
• Travel and occasionally stay overnight as business needs require

Driver Eligibility Requirements

The following will result in disqualification:

• DUI, DWI, OUI, or refusal to submit to a substance test
• Reckless driving convictions
• Hit and run convictions
• Eluding police
• Drag racing violations
• Driving on a suspended or revoked license
• Two or more at-fault accidents within the past three years
• Three or more moving violations within the past three years
