You will handle core HR functions, focus on employee retention, and build our employer brand through social media and career fairs. Pay Rate: Based on experience Job Type: Full-time Work Setting: On-site (Lincoln, NE) Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance: Company offered. Responsibilities Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and conflict resolution. Retention Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover. Lifecycle Management: Lead seamless, welcoming onboarding for new hires and professional offboarding processes. Talent Acquisition: Advertise open roles, manage recruitment marketing, and coordinate social media hiring campaigns. Community Engagement: Represent the company at career fairs and local networking events to build a strong talent pipeline. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field). Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar Human Resources role. Skills: Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and labor guidelines. Communication: Excellent interpersonal, writing, and conflict-resolution skills. Marketing: Experience managing professional social media accounts or recruitment advertising.
