As a growing, forward-thinking organization, we're looking for a dedicated Human Resource Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you'll support key HR functions, partner closely with leaders, and help create a positive employee experience across the organization.What You'll Do:Assists with developing, revising, and implementing policies and proceduresProvides guidance and support to leaders and employees on a variety of HR issues, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulationsMaintains accurate HR records and assists with creating and maintaining HR reportsAssists the recruiter in managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for the business to include sourcing, screening, recommending, assessing, testing, offering, and hiringAssists with developing and conducting new employees onboarding and orientationServes as the primary back-up for payrollManages and assists with other HR-related programs and projectsWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fieldCertification in HR (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) preferredMinimum of 2 years of human resources experienceUnderstanding of human resources best practices, laws, and regulationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareFor more than 80 years, Akrs Equipment Solutions® has proudly served farmers, ranchers, homeowners, and commercial customers by combining the trusted performance of John Deere equipment with industry-leading expertise, exceptional service, and unwavering support.
