Talent Acquisition: Advertise open roles, manage recruitment marketing, and coordinate social media hiring campaigns. Community Engagement: Represent the company at career fairs and local networking events to build a strong talent pipeline. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field). Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar Human Resources role. Skills: Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and labor guidelines. Communication: Excellent interpersonal, writing, and conflict-resolution skills. Marketing: Experience managing professional social media accounts or recruitment advertising.
