Location: Lincoln (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust schedule once or twice per month to support off-shift employees
Pay Rate: $30-$36/hour
Duration: 6-Month Contract with Strong Potential for Extension (12+ Months)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Lincoln. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems, and supporting employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The HR Coordinator will partner closely with the local Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and leadership team to support key HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, engagement initiatives, and administrative operations.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a local HR resource for employees and managers, addressing day-to-day HR-related questions and concerns while leveraging the organization's HR Shared Services model.
• Support employee relations activities and assist in resolving workplace issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Facilitate HR system processes and help ensure employee data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and support recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs designed to enhance workplace culture.
• Develop clear, professional communication materials for the HR department, including emails, flyers, announcements, and text communications.
• Own and manage various HR administrative processes and documentation.
• Assist with workforce planning initiatives and other HR projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and professionalism in workplace and social settings.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong overall computer proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, onboarding, employee services, or administrative support.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume environment.
• Exposure to HRIS systems and HR technology platforms.
• Experience supporting employee engagement programs and initiatives.
