Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust schedule once or twice per month to support off-shift employees
Pay Rate: $30-$36/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a local HR resource for employees and managers, addressing day-to-day HR-related questions and concerns while leveraging the organization's HR Shared Services model.
- Support employee relations activities and assist in resolving workplace issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Facilitate HR system processes and help ensure employee data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and support recruiting activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs designed to enhance workplace culture.
- Develop clear, professional communication materials for the HR department, including emails, flyers, announcements, and text communications.
- Own and manage various HR administrative processes and documentation.
- Assist with workforce planning initiatives and other HR projects as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and professionalism in workplace and social settings.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong overall computer proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, onboarding, employee services, or administrative support.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume environment.
- Exposure to HRIS systems and HR technology platforms.
- Experience supporting employee engagement programs and initiatives.
