TELCOR Inc, a nationally-recognized provider of healthcare software is looking for an energetic, focused and motivated Human Resources Manager to join the TELCOR HR Team. The Human Resources Manager will work to develop and maintain effective internal procedures and carry out functions related to hiring/training of staff, performance evaluations, administering pay, benefits, and leave, as well as internal and external reporting. This position will require you to work in office and teleworking may be available at manager's discretion. Responsibilities

• Provide support to TELCOR employees when presented with minor or complex issues
• Assist managers with employee disciplinary actions
• Performance evaluation administration and related manager training
• Understand and execute HR strategies related to recruiting, hiring, onboarding, retention, and terminations
• Employee leave administration
• Provide support for payroll administration
• Administer, evaluate, and recommend changes to the TELCOR pay and benefits structure
• Communicate with brokers and/or insurance carriers as needed
• Create, review, and update policy and procedures and reference documents
• Job description development and maintenance

Qualifications and Requirements

• Human Resource or Organizational Leadership management experience
• Must maintain personnel and company confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with statistical analysis
• Maintain membership of local HR chapter (LHRMA)
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and experience with HRIS software applications
• Bachelors degree preferred
