Our client, a healthcare company, is looking for a Benefits Manager for their Lincoln, NE location. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field, minimum of 6 years' experience in benefits management and day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, minimum of 3 years' experience supervising others, Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) certification (preferred), healthcare industry experience (preferred), knowledge of the principles and practices of health and welfare benefit plans and retirement plans, experience with pension benefits, ACA compliance, 401K process, flexible spending, COBRA, and benefit enrollment, and experience with SharePoint.
