Associate Director, Commercial Immunology Strategy

Associate Director role leading commercial strategy and business operations across Immunology and Eye Care portfolios at a major pharmaceutical company. The position involves developing launch strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally with medical, finance, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Lead on-market strategic initiatives for immunology and eye care brands to maximize patient impact
Develop launch strategies for pipeline products working with brand teams
Identify longer-term growth opportunities through strategy and brand planning initiatives
Build collaborative relationships across franchises including finance, medical, R&D, and market access
Create analytical insights and communicate findings to executive leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree (PhD, MD) preferred
5-7 years professional experience including 2+ years management consulting, pipeline management, or pharma marketing
Experience in pharma R&D, corporate strategy, brand management, or marketing
Deep knowledge of immunology and eye care products in development and on market
Strong analytical, strategic marketing, and financial acumen skills
Excellent presentation and communication abilities across organizational levels
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel; experience with matrix-based teams
