Associate Director, Supply Chain Brand

AbbVie

Associate Director role coordinating complex supply chain and operations for AbbVie's Immunology Portfolio, supporting billion-dollar sales. Leads strategic planning, demand-supply alignment, and cross-functional initiatives across commercial and operations teams. Reports to executive leadership in North Chicago.

Responsibilities

Direct supply and operations planning at executive level, aligning demand and supply strategies
Manage financial planning cycles including long-range and annual plans while overseeing inventory
Lead product lifecycle management with cross-functional collaboration for smooth transitions
Coordinate with industrialization and clinical teams to integrate developmental products into brand strategy
Oversee alignment between brand strategy and clinical drug supply management for trial needs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
8+ years of supply chain and operations experience in pharma or regulated life sciences
Manufacturing or pharma industry experience required
Executive-level strategic thinking and communication skills
Advanced data analytics capabilities and ability to extract business-critical insights
Large-scale change management and complex project leadership experience
