Maintenance Program Specialist or Sr Maintenance Program Specialist Dresden NPS, Morris, IL is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its Constellation team in either the Maintenance Program Specialist or the Sr Maintenance Program Specialist role. The position may be filled at either level; see the specific qualifications below for each level. Primary Purpose of Position Responsible for development, implementation, and management of various maintenance programs that support the Maintenance Department. The role involves analyst‑type support, department core functions, committee and program support, business analysis, and special projects. Primary Duties & Accountabilities Coordinate completion of department core functions: Inspection readiness (NSRB, INPO, NRC, etc.) Performance indicator generation and Critical Data Exchange input Department website updates Oversight of Knowledge Transfer & Retention (KT&R) process Generation of Department‑owned Plan of the Day material Program ownership (weld, lifting and rigging, etc.) Training coordination and Management Review Meeting package support Perform analyst functions: Support self‑assessments and report reviews Support benchmarking and report reviews Support line with completion of Work Group Evaluations Organizational Readiness and Performance Improvement group with formal investigations Oversight for tracking and completion of department actions Maintain Performance Improvement Action Plans (PIAPs) Support Clean Energy Center (CEC) committees and programs (examples): New Work Screening Committee Maintenance Rule Expert Panel Plant Operating Review Committee (PORC) Surveillance Frequency Change Program Cyber Security Assessment Team Safety Committee Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) Committee Configuration Control Committee Perform business analyst functions: Contract management (generation, invoicing, Comprehensive Performance Assessment) Budget development and tracking Forecasting to support business operations Workforce planning support Support special projects as needed, including oversight of contract personnel. Perform other job assignments and duties as directed, including emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and outage support. Maintenance Program Specialist (Job Code: XEAQ) Expected salary range: $95,400 to $106,000 (varies with experience). Includes bonus and 401(k) benefits. Minimum Qualifications – Maintenance Program Specialist Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 2 years of related experience Associate’s degree with 4 years of related experience High school diploma/GED with 6 years of related experience Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and pass a favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties Preferred Qualifications – Maintenance Program Specialist Training / scheduling background Business and contract management experience Experience in predictive maintenance (vibration sensing, thermography, drone usage, etc.) Financial analysis experience 8 years of utility or related‑industry experience Previous corrective action / root cause analysis training Root cause evaluator qualification Knowledge of contract administration and budgets Sr Maintenance Program Specialist (Job Code: XEAR) Expected salary range: $117,000 to $130,000 (varies with experience). Includes bonus and 401(k) benefits.
