Collision Center Technician (Apprentice)

Collision Center Technician - Apprentice / Entry Level

At Greenway Collision Center, we're looking to develop the next generation of body technicians. If you're motivated, hands-on, and want to build a career in the collision industry, this is an opportunity to learn from experienced technicians in a high-performing shop.

Compensation:

• $20.00 - $28.00 per hour , based on experience
• Opportunity for advancement into a full Body Technician role

Hours:

• Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• No Sundays

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with vehicle disassembly and reassembly
• Perform basic repair tasks under supervision
• Support body repairs including sanding, prepping, and parts handling
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and shop procedures
• Learn proper use of tools, equipment, and repair processes
• Assist with moving vehicles and shop organization
• Participate in training and development programs
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Interest in automotive or collision repair industry
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Must be 18 years or older

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and use of tools
• Work in a fast-paced shop environment
