About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Talent and Leadership Development. This role is pivotal in leading the enterprise's leadership development, succession planning, and talent readiness strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and enhancing programs to ensure a strong pipeline of leadership talent that can meet the company's long-term strategic and business objectives. This includes leading talent review processes, executive coaching initiatives, and development planning for senior leaders and high-potential employees. The role requires expertise in executive assessment tools and the ability to influence and coach leaders at the highest levels of the organization. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in talent management, leadership development, or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will be an experienced user of leadership assessment methodologies, such as Hogan assessments, and have a background in executive or leadership coaching. Strong consulting, facilitation, and relationship management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and lead through ambiguity. The role demands a strategic thinker who can leverage talent analytics to make data-driven decisions and is adept at managing partnerships with external talent solution providers.
