About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional VP of HR for the Americas, a key leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the human resources strategy across the region. This executive will work closely with the regional CEO and the senior leadership team to ensure that the HR strategy is in line with business objectives and fosters a strong organizational culture. The role demands a strategic and tactical approach, with a focus on talent management, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. The successful candidate will lead the HR team, partner with global HR, and be a trusted advisor on HR matters, while also being adept at change management and integrating external trends into the company's HR practices. Candidates for the Regional VP of HR position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior/executive role, is required. The role demands a professional with a strong knowledge of labor laws, HR technologies, and best practices, as well as experience in M&A and integrating cross-company culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a history of fostering a positive, inclusive, and innovative work culture. Spanish language fluency is a must, with Portuguese fluency desired, and experience in a family business or matrix organization is a plus.
