About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, North America Packaging Development Head to lead a diverse organization in delivering end-to-end packaging development, innovation, and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a regionally integrated packaging strategy that is aligned with global priorities, ensuring the delivery of consumer-centric, compliant, and sustainable packaging solutions. This role requires close partnership with various functions, including regional business units, global packaging, marketing, design, R&D, supply chain, and operations, to orchestrate portfolio prioritization, capability development, and execution excellence. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant technical field, with at least 15 years of packaging R&D and innovation experience, and a proven track record of leading multi-segment, multi-market portfolios. Key responsibilities for the role include defining and executing a holistic packaging strategy, owning the end-to-end delivery of packaging initiatives, and leading as part of the global packaging department to ensure strong integration. The candidate should have a deep technical knowledge of packaging materials and technologies, particularly in the areas of sustainable design, manufacturing, and scale-up. Strong leadership skills are essential, with a focus on financial and business stewardship, and the ability to translate technical decisions into clear business impacts. The role also demands a leader who can champion sustainable innovation and is adept at building and sustaining partnerships both within and outside the organization. The candidate must be highly collaborative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
