Multi-Market Account Executive

What You’ll Do: Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products. Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person and virtual meetings with clients and research. Perform consistent daily cold‑calling and cultivate existing business using the full suite of products. Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and use storytelling skills to deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data. What You’ll Need: Self‑motivated go‑getter with excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills, persuasive communication, goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive. Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach as part of lead generation. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, High School Diploma (College degree preferred). Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms. Strong problem‑solving skills to help business grow. Digital/Media Sales experience a plus. Organizational ability to prioritize day‑to‑day tasks. Nice‑to‑haves: experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, iHeart and/or audio advertising background, well‑connected in the market. General understanding of business principles and sales environment. Interest in developing knowledge of business operations and sales concepts. Individual accountability and seek guidance when needed. Project management skills to complete assignments. Problem‑solving using established guidelines and professional judgement. Ability to communicate information about iHeart products in digestible manner and apply listening skills to validate customer needs. Understanding of impact of own decisions. Goal orientation and focus on prioritization.
