You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how InfinityRx turns raw claims and financial data into actionable intelligence. The ideal candidate combines strong SQL and data analysis skills with a passion for accuracy, collaboration, and problem-solving across technical and business domains. Responsibilities Partner with Finance to design and automate reconciliation and reporting processes. Analyze claims and operational data to identify trends and cost drivers. Build dashboards and models that support financial forecasting and decision-making. Collaborate with developers to improve data integration, quality, and transparency. Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Skill Set Required Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R , Microsoft Excel and advanced SQL skills. Understanding of financial or transactional data. Knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling. Familiarity with big data technologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Previous experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure). Understanding of healthcare data standards and regulations. Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience. NCPDP experience a BIG PLUS. Competitive salary based on experience. Paid time off. Company laptop. Room for advancement and growth. In compliance with New York's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position based in Long Island is USD $80,000 to $100,000 . The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position should it be based in NY.
