Tax Terms: W2, 1099 Corp-Corp or 3rd Parties: Yes Long Island City, NYLong Term Responsibilities:Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with dataCompile and analyze data related to business' issuesDevelop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashionQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience6-8 years' Data Analysis experienceProficient in SQLAt least 1 - 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modelingDeep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithmsFluency in a programming language (Python, C,C++, Java, SQL)Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools (Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark, Tableau)
