About the Agency: Hudspeth Regional Center is one of five state-operated comprehensive regional programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, operated under the administration of the Department of Mental Health, Bureau of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. About the Position: Second-level Human Resources professional position accountable for administering agency human resources programs, policies, and procedures related to recruitment and selection, classification, salary analysis, benefits, appointments, performance evaluation, training and development, and employee engagement. Provides consultation and advice to managers, supervisors, and employees on human resources issues, including grievances, investigations, and employee relations issues. May exercise limited supervision over lower-level human resources staff.

Military Leave In accordance with federal law, all employees serving in the armed forces or the military reserves are entitled to 15 days per year for military training.
