C&Z Construction LLC is seeking a motivated and empathetic Residential Construction Project Manager to lead residential remodeling and restoration projects from start to finish. This role goes beyond construction management - you'll be the steady hand guiding homeowners through one of the most stressful times of their lives.

Our Project Managers are trusted leaders who balance schedules, budgets, and quality while keeping the client experience at the heart of everything they do. Backed by a strong support system of Production Managers, Project Coordinators, Estimators, and skilled in-house crews, you'll focus on what you do best: leading projects, solving problems, and making a real difference.

Since 1983, C&Z Construction has delivered trusted craftsmanship and service to homeowners across our community. While we specialize in restoration, most of our projects are large-scale rebuilds that look and feel like full remodels - not just fire or water cleanups.

With over 40 years in business, we've built more than homes - we've built careers, trust, and stability. Our team members thrive in a culture that values growth, work-life balance, and long-term opportunity. At C&Z, success isn't just measured in projects completed - it's measured in the lives we help rebuild.

• Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, delivering clear communication and empathy throughout each project
• Lead residential remodeling projects from kickoff to completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, scopes of work, and documentation
• Direct Lead Carpenters and in-house crews; supervise subcontractors
• Partner with Project Coordinators for smooth scheduling and daily operations
• Collaborate with Estimators to align project details with insurance requirements
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and inspections
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.

• 3-5 years of project management experience in residential remodeling
• Proven experience leading large remodels ($150k-$300k); $1M+ projects a plus
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, permits, and best practices
• Skilled with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and scheduling software
• Empathetic communicator with excellent client service skills
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle priorities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A professional review and drug screen will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.

• Competitive salary starting at $80,000+ per year (commensurate with experience)
• Performance bonuses
• Company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, and phone provided
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) retirement savings program
• Life and disability insurance options
• Paid time off (holidays, vacation, and sick leave)
• Paid training, certifications, and personal tool replacement program
• Weekly pay cycle
• Company events and team culture that values growth and balance.

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Occasional flexibility required based on project needs

• Onsite role at C&Z Construction LLC project sites
• Regional travel to job sites required.
