Job Full Description

Billing Clerk | 7:00AM - 4:00PM | Mon - Fri | $20.00/hr

Full-time, long-term with well-known electrical distributor and contractor

Qualifications for Billing Clerk

2-3 years of office clerical experience
Familiarity with office concepts, practices and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Experience in inventory control would be a plus
Mathematical, spelling, and grammar skills are needed

Responsibilities for Billing Clerk

Generate customer billing
Answer customer and internal billing questions
Set up and maintain customer data
Interface with inside/outside sales on project billing
Maintain open and closed order files
Enter inventory transactions
Run daily and monthly reports
Filing
