Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Oracle CPQ Product Owner to take ownership of a key enterprise platform that supports pricing, quoting, and sales operations. This individual will serve as the connection point between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into effective technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of Oracle CPQ expertise, product ownership experience, and strong stakeholder management skills. This role will play an important part in shaping future platform capabilities, improving business processes, and driving adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, direction, and ongoing development of the Oracle CPQ platform
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Gather and prioritize requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead platform enhancement initiatives from planning through deployment
• Improve sales and quoting workflows through scalable technology solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver new functionality and integrations
• Monitor platform performance and recommend enhancements based on business needs
• Support testing, rollout activities, and end-user adoption efforts
• Drive alignment between business objectives and product priorities

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience working with Oracle CPQ
• Background in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or similar functions
• Experience supporting enterprise sales and quoting processes
• Strong understanding of CRM, CPQ, and ERP ecosystems
• Proven ability to lead complex technology initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working across both business and technical teams
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and other enterprise applications
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion and integration technologies
• Consulting experience within large-scale enterprise environments
• Understanding of pricing, approval, and sales operations workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
