Associate Dentist – Framingham Dental Group (Framingham, MA)

Full-Time: Monday - Wednesday & Friday, 1 Saturday per Month Sept-June

$200,000 – $275,000 annually

A Message from Dr. Tutin:

Twenty-one years ago, I found myself wondering what my future in dentistry would look like. I was practicing in a small, three-chair general and family dental office, and while I cared deeply about my patients and the work, I felt like there had to be more opportunity to grow, learn, and build something meaningful.

What I eventually realized was that success in dentistry does not simply appear. It has to be pursued. I reached out to experienced dentists in my area, learned from people who had been where I was, and eventually found a dentist who partnered with me in building the kind of practice I had once only hoped for.

Today, I practice in a seven-chair office with modern technology, a strong patient base, and a clear vision for the future. Now, I am looking to pay that opportunity forward.

We are looking for a dentist who wants more than a standard associate position. The right person may be early in their career or ready for a new chapter, but they should be eager to learn, open to mentorship, committed to clinical excellence, and interested in growing into a long-term leadership role. For the right candidate, there is a potential path toward partnership or ownership.

Your Impact

In this role you will:

• Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
• Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
• Leverage digital tools such as Cerec and Prime Scan to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
• Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
• Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.

What You’ll Bring

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required).
• GPR or AEGD preferred.
• 4-6 years of proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
• Endodontic, surgical and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
