Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Facility: Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation
Location: Titusville, FL
Shift: 8-Hour Shifts | All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $28–$32 per hour (based on experience)

• Administer medications, treatments, and supplies accurately and compassionately

• Provide individualized nursing care tailored to each resident’s needs

• Perform wound care, treatments, and clinical procedures to promote comfort and healing

• Monitor residents’ conditions and document observations, treatments, and evaluations accurately

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all state and federal regulations

• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Active Florida LPN license in good standing

• CPR certification required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related healthcare setting

• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
