Shift Leader Responsibilities Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach team members when needed, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. Shift Leaders take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve and keep a safe and clean store environment. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Location 1577 S Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, California 92832 Physical Demands The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours.
