Shift Leader – Noah’s New York Bagels We are seeking a motivated Shift Leader to work closely with the General Manager to inspire a team focused on delivering excellent guest experiences. Shift Leaders operate largely independently, setting the tone and morale for the store, coaching staff, and ensuring outstanding food quality and a safe, clean environment. Responsibilities • Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate and guide the team. • Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed. • Open and close the store with minimal supervision. • Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. Available for varied hours, including early shifts (as early as 3 AM) and weekends. Pass background check. Possess or obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training. Possession of a current, valid state‑issued driver’s license is preferred (required at some locations). Additional Information Address: 15020 Kensington Park Drive Suite J‑400, Tustin, California 92780 Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (starting pay subject to local and state minimum wage regulations). Physical Demands: Sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These requirements can be met with or without reasonable accommodations.
